Responsibilities
- Develop robust mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms using React Native technology.
- Partner with multidisciplinary teams to define, design, and launch new product features.
- Produce clean, well-documented, and maintainable code that adheres to best practices.
- Maintain application performance, stability, and responsiveness across devices.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve performance bottlenecks and software defects.
- Research, assess, and integrate emerging technologies to enhance development speed and efficiency.
- Engage in peer code reviews to uphold engineering standards and foster knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to clarify and refine requirements.
- Support fellow engineers through mentorship, code reviews, and sharing of technical best practices.
Compensation
Depending upon your leveling and location, the compensation for this role averages between $180,000 - 220,000 CAD base salary. Equity, an annual performance bonus and employee benefits are a part of this role's package.
