Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales and customer success to assess client needs and recommend customized technical approaches
- Lead technical discussions and conduct product demonstrations that map platform features to client objectives
- Design practical implementations by converting business requirements into system configurations and integration strategies
- Respond to technical inquiries in RFPs and complete security and compliance questionnaires
- Manage full lifecycle integration projects, solving complex technical problems while serving as a trusted advisor
- Serve as a liaison between engineering, product, and customer teams to ensure smooth API integration and alignment
