Responsibilities
- Design and sustain the client-side JavaScript Tag deployed across numerous customer websites, prioritizing performance, reliability, security, and user privacy while minimizing impact on Core Web Vitals.
- Develop and enhance server-side integration modules for JavaScript-based edge environments including AWS Lambda@Edge, Cloudflare Workers, Fastly Compute, and Node.js.
- Lead development and support for backend integration components in multiple programming languages such as Python, Go, Java, and Ruby to assist customer implementations.
- Define technical strategy and promote engineering best practices for integration tools while guiding team members through mentorship.
- Improve code quality and deployment processes by advancing CI/CD systems, testing frameworks, performance monitoring, and security protocols across integration layers.
- Collaborate with Support and Solutions Engineering teams to resolve complex integration issues and support customer onboarding.
- Monitor advancements in web platforms, edge computing, and runtime technologies to recommend integration enhancements.
- Oversee incident management and conduct post-mortem analyses for integration-related outages.
