Responsibilities
- Create an AI-native migration tool that enables seamless transfer of data, settings, and workflows to the platform with little manual input
- Leverage coding agents to speed up development tasks, including generating migration scripts and verifying transformation logic
- Embed coding agent frameworks into the product to support migration automation, customization, and validation
- Utilize business analysis agents to assess client environments, identify migration needs, and detect potential issues early
- Convert findings from migration projects into scalable product features such as reusable patterns, templates, and automated processes
- Work with cross-functional teams to shape product and service architecture
- Ensure technical outputs align with customer needs and meet standards for quality, security, scalability, maintainability, extensibility, and testability
- Support the adoption of agile engineering methods, especially those involving AI and agent-based development
- Detect system bottlenecks and defects, then develop and implement corrective solutions
- Lead planning for new features, design system components, and contribute to engineering roadmaps
- Support efforts to uphold high code quality, organization, and automated workflows
- Comply fully with all company policies communicated during employment and accessible via internal platforms
