Responsibilities
- Create and sustain microservices that power robotic process automation for managing Prior Authorization processes across insurance provider portals.
- Develop scalable automation workflows using RPA technologies to reliably interface with payer systems.
- Connect RPA microservices to the core platform via APIs and service-oriented architecture.
- Help build self-correcting automation features driven by internal large language models.
- Support the development of more intelligent systems for generating microservice-based automations.
- Ensure automation services are robust, scalable, and easy to maintain within a distributed environment.
- Work closely with engineering and product teams to meet customer deployment deadlines.
- Directly support company revenue goals by enabling on-time customer rollouts.
- Quickly onboard and enhance the reliability and scope of existing automation systems.
- Apply deep knowledge of RPA and TypeScript to develop and support production-grade automation solutions.
