Responsibilities
- Collaborate and mentor engineers while remaining hands-on, executing roadmap initiatives.
- Drive technical execution for growth initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, marketers, and data analysts to improve acquisition, onboarding, and retention flows
- Design and implement systems to support A/B testing and rapid experimentation
- Analyze data and user behavior to inform technical decisions and refine growth strategies
- Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement within the team
- Balance technical debt with feature development to ensure sustainable growth
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong coding skills in Python, TypeScript, and React
- Experience leading the feasibility and execution of complex projects
- Technical vision and ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term architectural goals
- Strong product intuition and a passion for building consumer experiences users love, backed by strong quantitative and qualitative understanding of product experiences
- Experience leveraging and extending A/B testing frameworks, experimentation infrastructure, and robust internal analytics
- Excellent communication skills, especially with non-technical colleagues (including marketing, product, design, and data science)
Nice to Have
- Experience building consumer subscription or SAAS products
- Prior fintech experience
- Experience with analytics tooling including Segment or Amplitude
- Experience with billing systems
