Responsibilities
- Architect, code, test, release, and sustain robust software solutions across multiple platforms.
- Work closely with product owners, designers, and engineers to interpret business needs into scalable technical designs.
- Produce readable, optimized, and thoroughly documented code that adheres to coding standards.
- Engage in peer code reviews to uphold quality and share technical insights.
- Diagnose, isolate, and fix software bugs and system errors efficiently.
- Support enhancements to development workflows and tooling for greater efficiency.
- Monitor advancements in technology and assess their relevance to public sector projects.
- Guide less experienced developers and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
- Guarantee applications meet standards for security, uptime, and performance.
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on software development experience.
- Strong command of at least one modern programming language including Java, Python, Go, C#, or JavaScript.
- Practical experience with front-end libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, and/or back-end frameworks like Spring Boot or Node.js.
- Working knowledge of database systems such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development practices.
- Proficiency in using version control tools, particularly Git.
- Solid analytical abilities and attention to detail in technical implementation.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative mindset.

- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is advantageous.
