Responsibilities
- Create, build, and implement technical solutions through design, coding, and testing
- Deliver new features and enhancements consistently through regular coding efforts
- Diagnose and fix technical issues and system failures using structured troubleshooting methods
- Enhance operational efficiency by analyzing systems and suggesting updates to policies and workflows
- Develop and deploy solutions by defining system requirements, standards, and programming approaches
- Adhere to established phases of the software development lifecycle
- Support risk management by identifying, assessing, monitoring, and controlling risks in line with compliance and risk protocols
