Responsibilities
- Engage in or guide the creation of requirements, features, user narratives, use cases, and test scenarios, and attend daily stand-up meetings.
- Create process and system design documentation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, designers, engineers, and security leads to shape, build, and deploy solutions.
- Produce performance metrics, manage user access permissions, maintain password protocols, and construct automated deployment workflows.
- Support or lead incident management, problem resolution, change implementation, and service request processes, including root cause analysis and proactive defect prevention.
