Responsibilities

Create and support enterprise-level software systems, covering API, data, application, and service layers.
Produce clean, efficient, and sustainable code through test-driven development practices.
Construct robust and scalable back-end systems using programming languages such as Go and Python.
Design, implement, and maintain APIs using REST, gRPC, or GraphQL protocols.
Connect enterprise applications and services using scalable frameworks like FastAPI.
Develop and manage data schemas using PostgreSQL, NoSQL, and similar technologies.
Demonstrate understanding of front-end development with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks including React or Angular.
Design and manage data pipelines for machine learning using data engineering stacks and event-driven systems such as Temporal and Kafka; integrate with major LLM platforms like OpenAI, Gemini, and Claude.
Ensure application security by following industry-standard practices and protocols.
Design and implement enterprise-grade modules applying SOLID principles and proven software engineering methodologies.
Build highly available, low-latency software solutions using Agentic Architecture, large language models, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques.
Continuously enhance development workflows, tools, and engineering practices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related discipline.
Minimum of seven years of professional experience in software development.
Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented programming concepts.
Proven experience in back-end development with languages such as Python and Go.
Familiarity with database systems including PostgreSQL, Elastic, and Redis.
Experience designing and implementing API platforms and integration solutions.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Proficiency with containerization tools including Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience integrating enterprise applications, including use of integration frameworks and authentication mechanisms.
Knowledge of security standards and best practices for enterprise software.
Experience deploying applications in multi-tenant SaaS environments.
Working knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on precision.
Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within engineering teams.
Experience collaborating with international or globally distributed teams.

Nice to Have

Prior experience with Agentic systems, large language models (LLMs), and knowledge search technologies is advantageous.
