About the Role
The role involves developing and refining user-facing features within a scalable frontend architecture, collaborating closely with product and design teams to deliver seamless automation experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement user interface components for web applications
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define feature requirements
- Optimize frontend performance and responsiveness across devices
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Contribute to both frontend and select backend systems as needed
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency
- Debug and resolve issues in production environments
- Improve frontend tooling and development workflows
- Support the evolution of design systems and component libraries
- Work within agile development cycles to deliver iterative improvements
- Ensure accessibility and usability standards are met
- Collaborate on cross-browser compatibility solutions
- Integrate with APIs to enable dynamic user experiences
- Help scale frontend architecture for growing user demand
- Document technical implementations and decisions
- Contribute to frontend best practices and engineering standards
- Engage in planning and prioritization with cross-functional teams
- Monitor application performance and user feedback
- Support on-call rotations for critical frontend issues
- Participate in incident response and post-mortem analysis
