Responsibilities
- Develop advanced data visualization tools, workflow interfaces, and live dashboards
- Architect and sustain component libraries with uniform design standards
- Manage intricate frontend state using optimistic updates and live sync mechanisms
- Build user-friendly interfaces for AI model operations, data pipeline controls, and enterprise integrations
- Enhance application speed, usability, and efficiency while preserving quality
- Proactively detect and resolve frontend performance issues
- Act independently to uncover challenges and implement solutions without explicit guidance
- Balance rapid development with long-term code maintainability based on business demands
- Operate in an environment of high ownership, making key decisions on architecture and UI design
- Remain agile in response to shifting priorities, urgent deadlines, and organizational changes
