Role Overview
A private investment firm based in Miami is seeking a part-time Software Engineer to strengthen its data infrastructure and operational tooling across a group of U.S. healthcare portfolio companies. You will play a central role in designing dashboards, integrating AI-powered workflows, and ensuring data systems are robust and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain executive dashboards that provide real-time insights into portfolio performance
- Construct and oversee data pipelines that connect systems across four healthcare businesses
- Design AI-enhanced automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks and reduce manual effort
- Lead short-term technical projects within portfolio companies—from assessment through implementation and transition
- Diagnose gaps in existing data flows and operational processes, then propose and prioritize technical improvements
- Ensure long-term reliability and maintainability of all built systems
Work Arrangement
This is a part-time, globally remote role with flexibility in scheduling. You'll collaborate directly with executive leadership and cross-functional teams across multiple organizations, requiring clear communication and independent problem-solving.
