Civis Analytics is hiring a Software Engineer (Contract)

Responsibilities

  • Design and build software that meets quality and performance standards
  • Work closely with engineers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver solutions
  • Conduct code reviews and troubleshoot issues in existing systems
  • Apply organizational development methodologies and uphold design guidelines
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation
  • Investigate, test, and propose effective software tools and frameworks
  • Coordinate with internal teams across departments
  • Demonstrate genuine investment in project outcomes alongside technical execution
