Responsibilities
- Begin writing and deploying code within the first week, delivering meaningful features within the initial months.
- Develop and maintain production-level services handling high volumes of requests.
- Ensure systems remain highly available for both consumer and enterprise users.
- Gain proficiency in infrastructure as code practices and implementation.
- Work closely with internal teams including Core, Growth, Enterprise, Trust, and Data to create exceptional product experiences.
- Help shape an engineering culture focused on thorough documentation, rigorous testing, and intuitive user experiences.
- Assess existing systems and recommend scalable architectures for future growth.
- Support onboarding and mentorship of new engineering team members.
