Shape the foundation of AI-powered services by developing robust infrastructure that supports machine learning at scale. In this role, you'll design and maintain systems that enable teams to build, deploy, and manage generative AI applications efficiently and reliably.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and enhance core platform components that power AI and machine learning initiatives across the organization.
- Design and implement scalable backend systems for model training, serving, data workflows, and evaluation tooling.
- Work across the full stack, integrating AI models with backend services and execution environments.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to assess emerging AI frameworks and adopt tools that accelerate product innovation.
- Drive technical projects from concept to completion, focusing on performance, reliability, and business outcomes.
- Solve challenging engineering problems in a fast-evolving domain, staying current with advancements in AI and infrastructure.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Solid grasp of algorithms, data structures, and clean software design principles.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, with experience in Go or Python preferred.
- Hands-on experience with databases such as Postgres or DynamoDB.
- Experience using AI-assisted coding tools in daily development, including reviewing and refining generated code.
- Ability to move quickly in uncertain environments, learn new technologies on the fly, and take initiative to solve problems.
