What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain software systems with an emphasis on CRM functionality and integration
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across distributed applications and infrastructure
- Support off-hours incidents as needed, ensuring system reliability and continuity
- Lead development efforts using Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, to deliver high-value features
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and end users to refine requirements, validate testing outcomes, and ensure software accuracy and interoperability
- Execute integrated and customer acceptance testing with precision to deliver robust, production-ready components
- Identify opportunities to strengthen team capabilities, processes, and technical practices
What We're Looking For
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Information Systems, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline
- At least two years of professional experience in software development or information systems
- Proven background in CRM application design, development, and maintenance within large-scale environments
- Hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including MySQL, Oracle, and Elasticsearch
- Familiarity with modern architectural patterns such as MVC, microservices, and event-driven systems
- Experience deploying code through CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GoCD, or Azure DevOps
- Active participation in Agile or Scrum workflows

Compensation ranges from $112,923 to $158,480, with total pay influenced by experience, skills, location, performance, and job level. An incentive bonus is included as part of the overall package.
