Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain front-end and back-end components within the UI platform.
- Enhance current modules with emphasis on performance, scalability, dependability, and security.
- Engage in architectural planning and suggest technical approaches that support product objectives.
- Create, use, and verify RESTful APIs that enable UI platform processes.
- Work with other engineering groups to connect UI platform services with internal microservices and shared platform elements.
- Ensure all features comply with secure coding standards, privacy guidelines, and internal engineering policies.
- Support regulatory compliance efforts such as GDPR and FedRAMP through well-documented and auditable implementations.
- Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests for both new and existing functionality.
- Improve CI/CD pipelines to ensure automation and reliable builds for UI platform modules.
- Take part in code reviews to uphold code quality and long-term maintainability.
- Actively engage in agile rituals and team processes.
- Guide junior developers and advocate for strong engineering practices.
- Keep current with new technologies and recommend enhancements to tools, workflows, or system design.
