Responsibilities
- Develop, sustain, and validate high-quality code across the platform
- Utilize large language models and AI-powered coding tools to enhance development speed without sacrificing code integrity
- Diagnose and resolve software defects, issues, and user requests using AI-assisted debugging techniques
- Partner with product managers and design teams to create intuitive and compelling user features
- Work within an engineering team to design and deploy reliable, scalable systems that incorporate third-party APIs, including LLMs, to deliver innovative functionality
- Design and implement AI agents and autonomous workflows within the platform and internal development pipelines
- Provide technical support and expertise to internal teams across the organization
- Collaborate with fellow engineers to enhance the codebase, system architecture, and underlying infrastructure
- Help shape and improve AI-centric development methodologies and internal tooling
- Cooperate with engineering peers to build advanced, multi-component features
