Responsibilities
- Design and implement distributed systems that remain operational during regional and zonal failures.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of critical features, from initial design to deployment in production.
- Develop microservices and control-plane components that support cloud-based gateway solutions.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to launch scalable features that enhance API security and management.
- Take part in on-call duties, maintaining production services and advancing system reliability.
- Create automated testing, monitoring integrations, and internal tools to improve system stability and reduce manual work.
- Support recruitment efforts and contribute to team growth through mentorship of junior engineers.
- Help define the long-term technical direction for managed gateway platforms by integrating insights from infrastructure and networking domains.
- Operate in a fast-paced, pre-IPO setting that prioritizes both innovation and dependable customer-facing systems.
