Requirements
- Experience leading a team of mobile developers through successful software projects
- Experience providing technical leadership to deliver solutions to complex problems
- Understanding of Agile software development
- Experience in creating processes for bug fixing and improving application performance
- Significant experience in previous success and failure (“scars”), which helps to make better decisions
- Someone who is adaptable and knows how to build, change, and adapt to the needs of a company as it grows
- Effective at nurturing relationships and managing multiple stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Experience within a similar industry is helpful but not crucial
- Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle is helpful but not crucial
- Experience in mobile application development is helpful, but not crucial
