Responsibilities
- Define and execute a quality strategy that balances automated and manual testing approaches for a product
- Train and guide a team of software development engineers in test, test analysts, and quality assurance interns
- Ensure the quality of outputs, processes, and team collaborations
- Collaborate with technical leads and program managers to align on quality goals and execution
- Manage and maintain test timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation for the product
- Promote best practices in software development and advocate for superior user experiences
- Partner with QA leadership to identify, design, and implement technical testing solutions such as frameworks, APIs, and tools to improve test coverage and reduce costs
- Disseminate knowledge, technical solutions, and effective practices within the team and across the organization
