Responsibilities
- Design and develop platform services and internal tools from concept to production, primarily using Go.
- Enhance developer workflows by streamlining build, CI, and CD processes and reinforcing shared code libraries.
- Guide safe and efficient adoption of AI and coding-assist tools across the organization, embedding them into development practices with appropriate safeguards.
- Work closely with network and Linux specialists to understand infrastructure requirements and deliver clean software abstractions.
- Support team growth through mentorship, knowledge sharing, and ensuring systems are maintainable and extensible by others.
- Elevate code quality through constructive code reviews, balanced decision-making, and prioritizing impactful work.
- Join the on-call rotation after onboarding, diagnosing and resolving cross-domain technical issues across modern and legacy systems.
