Design, build, and maintain automation, testing, and analysis tools to verify software functionality across a variety of customized operating environments. This position involves working independently to meet strict deadlines while ensuring technical accuracy and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and apply tooling to validate customer software against functional specifications
- Execute development tasks with minimal oversight under time-sensitive conditions
- Collaborate directly with customer engineering and operations teams to align on technical requirements and deliverables
- Maintain compliance with security protocols, including an active TS/SCI clearance and readiness to complete a polygraph examination
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience
- Proficiency in Python or another programming language
- Experience with Linux systems or equivalent administrative and automation experience on other operating systems
- Current TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph
- Willingness to undergo periodic reinvestigations including polygraph screening
Preferred Skills
- Scripting experience for system administration tasks, such as Bash
- Background in software development and test automation
- Systems administration across multiple platforms
- Exposure to embedded or IoT systems, mobile platforms, and networking infrastructure
- Familiarity with cross-platform environments including Linux, Windows, and macOS
Technology Environment
Python, Linux, Bash scripting, automation frameworks, system administration utilities, embedded/IoT devices, mobile platforms, and networked systems.
