Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field
At least four years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying applications, especially in ecommerce, internet banking, and mobile banking domains
Solid grasp of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and its practical application
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Automated Builds, Planning Poker, and frequent release cycles
Strong communication abilities to engage with business teams and stakeholders for translating business needs into technical solutions
Advanced analytical and conceptual thinking with a proven ability to solve complex problems creatively
Capable of thriving in a fast-moving, collaborative team environment
Proficiency in J2EE, MVC architecture, and object-oriented analysis and design patterns
Experience with Oracle RDBMS, Apache WebServer, and Oracle WebLogic
