Responsibilities
- Design and apply scalable automation practices to improve quality assurance processes.
- Plan, document, and run automated functional and regression tests using Java or Groovy.
- Engage in sprint and grooming meetings to align on priorities and assess testability with product and engineering teams.
- Establish, manage, and execute test automation frameworks across various platforms.
- Collaborate with deployment teams to troubleshoot issues and support product design improvements.
- Investigate emerging testing tools, methods, and industry trends to enhance current QA workflows.
- Partner with project members, product owners, and stakeholders to shape automated test strategies and overall test planning.
- Report defects in JIRA with clear reproduction steps and diagnostic details.
- Keep automated test plans current and revise test scenarios and cases according to evolving requirements for integration, functional, regression, and performance testing.
