DRW is hiring a Software Developer

Responsibilities

  • Designing and developing high-performance, scalable systems following established software engineering principles
  • Leading conversations around effective code design, testing strategies, and architectural standards
  • Working closely with operations and trading personnel to maintain peak performance of live systems
  • Investigating emerging technologies to improve the capabilities of trading infrastructure
  • Initiating and managing technical projects, including spearheading new efforts
  • Collaborating with fellow developers to solve difficult design and implementation challenges
  • Processing and managing intricate real-time market data with a focus on precision and reliability
  • Consulting with traders to clarify technical constraints, evaluate options, and support strategic choices

Remote — available to residents of Chicago, U.S., Canada, Europe, and Asia
