Responsibilities
- Lead the administration and rollout of GitHub Enterprise and enforce Git Flow practices across a team of over 180 developers
- Establish standardized Git procedures covering version control, tagging, branching models, and automation through scripting
- Develop and propose multiple version control strategies centered on a centralized Git Flow model and consistent Git usage
- Optimize branch management workflows to support automated software release cycles
- Partner with project groups to define release timelines and manage the full build and packaging pipeline
- Ensure consistent code alignment and synchronization across development, testing, and production environments
- Advance CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated testing capabilities using Jenkins
- Identify and evaluate areas for enhancing configuration and release management processes
- Participate in regular coordination meetings such as CM Scrum, HDM Daily Touchbase, weekly CRB, and deployment reviews
