As a Software Architect, you will play a central role in defining the long-term technical direction of our platform, working closely with engineering teams across multiple locations. You'll establish architectural standards, promote reusable solutions, and ensure systems are built for scalability, stability, and maintainability—without compromising agility.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve enterprise-wide architecture principles and technology vision
- Collaborate with teams to embed best practices in cloud-native design, microservices, and DevOps
- Mentor senior developers and tech leads in evaluating trade-offs and implementing sound designs
- Support cross-team initiatives by providing technical guidance and resolving complex dependencies
- Shape governance approaches that enable speed and consistency without imposing rigid controls
- Contribute to global reference architecture efforts and drive adoption through influence
- Advise on technical hiring, development paths, and capability building for engineering talent
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience designing and documenting large-scale software architectures, especially in SaaS environments
- Strong background in modern languages such as C#, Python, or Java
- Hands-on expertise with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (Azure, GCP)
- Experience with DevOps practices: CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, containerization, and Kubernetes
- Ability to lead through influence, working effectively across decentralized teams
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and experience presenting technical concepts clearly
- Familiarity with OKRs and AI-enabled development is a plus
