Responsibilities
- Manage and execute a multi-platform posting calendar across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Oversee content scheduling, posting, and performance tracking, ensuring alignment with employer branding goals.
- Engage daily with followers by responding to comments, messages, and candidate inquiries to strengthen community trust.
- Build and maintain a repurposing engine, converting long-form videos, testimonials, or internal features into short-form and viral-ready clips.
- Collaborate with Employer Branding, Recruitment, and Design teams to ensure tone, visuals, and messaging consistency.
- Monitor engagement metrics, analyze trends, and adjust posting strategies to optimize reach and conversions.
- Source and feature authentic stories, behind-the-scenes clips, and VA highlights that humanize Wing’s brand.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform algorithms, and emerging creator tools to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Support paid or organic campaigns aimed at talent awareness, community engagement, or referral boosts.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in social media management, content marketing, or employer branding.
- Proven experience managing TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube accounts for brand or talent-focused content.
- Excellent understanding of short-form storytelling, content editing, and platform optimization.
- Strong writing, communication, and community engagement skills.
- Proficient with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Later, Sprout, Metricool, or similar).
- Organized, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Nice to Have
- Experience in recruitment marketing or talent branding.
- Familiarity with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, Descript, etc.).
- Understanding of audience targeting and organic growth strategies.
- Creative mindset with an eye for brand voice, trends, and storytelling.
