Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 30-day rolling organic content calendar focused on Instagram.
- Work with internal teams to coordinate TikTok content planning, allowing flexibility for trending topics.
- Lead organic YouTube strategy, including original content creation and repurposing from other platforms.
- Produce, schedule, and publish between 3 and 4 high-quality Instagram posts weekly for the first 45 days, increasing to daily posts by day 90.
- Create entertaining and informative skits targeting potential customers.
- Generate recipe ideas, lifestyle advice, and product usage tips for existing customers.
- Design aspirational 'hero' content aimed at ideal future customers.
- Partner with internal teams to identify and onboard content creators.
- Integrate structured feedback and review cycles into content workflows.
- Actively engage with relevant accounts through comments to strengthen brand visibility and tone.
- Ensure all content is published on time and meets quality standards.
- Support growth of social media accounts, with targets tied to advertising investment levels.
- Achieve engagement metrics that surpass the top 10% of past performance benchmarks.
