What You'll Do
- Create and edit short-form video content using current trends, sounds, and visual storytelling techniques
- Design static posts and assist in filming with attention to composition, lighting, and brand aesthetics
- Post consistently across channels while optimizing for algorithm performance and audience reach
- Collaborate with the Social Media Manager on influencer initiatives and campaign tracking
- Stay ahead of cultural moments and digital trends to keep content fresh and relevant

- Comfort and confidence appearing on camera with a natural, authentic presence
- Strong visual sense and appreciation for design in any form—interior, fashion, art, or digital
- Experience with CapCut and Canva for video editing and graphic creation
- Clear communication skills and openness to feedback and iteration
- Ability to manage tasks independently in a fast-paced setting

- Previous work in a startup or high-growth environment

Work Environment
This role begins as a hybrid position based in San Francisco’s Jackson Square, requiring three days per week in-office to foster collaboration and creativity. After one year, team members may transition to fully remote work as long as they operate on Pacific Time. There’s potential to move from part-time to a full-time summer internship based on performance.
