Responsibilities
- Define and lead the strategic direction for all influencer marketing efforts within the agency
- Maintain leadership in the creator economy through the advancement of the INFLUENCE® capability
- Hold full accountability for the profit and loss of the INFLUENCE® service offering
- Pursue substantial revenue expansion by winning new clients and strengthening existing client relationships
- Lead and motivate a high-achieving team to deliver exceptional results
- Manage and enhance end-to-end campaign delivery, from data-driven strategy to precise execution and performance evaluation
- Act as a key connector and champion for INFLUENCE® across multidisciplinary agency teams
- Serve as a strategic partner to senior client stakeholders, turning ambitious goals into effective influencer programs
- Generate measurable business outcomes and cultural impact while surpassing client expectations
- Promote a culture of innovation and excellence, grounded in data, cultural insight, and superior execution
- Provide strategic leadership and shape long-term vision for influencer initiatives
- Oversee financial performance and drive revenue growth across the offering
- Lead new business acquisition and identify opportunities for market expansion
- Support the growth and retention of key client accounts
- Facilitate collaboration and integration of influencer strategies across agency disciplines
- Ensure delivery meets the highest standards of quality and effectiveness
- Develop and mentor team members to achieve professional and operational goals
