Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate influencers and user-generated content creators in the pet space across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Conduct large-scale initial outreach through direct messages and email
- Customize communication to improve engagement and conversion rates
- Arrange collaborations involving free products, commissions, or paid partnerships
- Oversee influencer initiatives from onboarding through content delivery
- Organize product distribution, shipment logistics, and creator follow-ups
- Ensure all content meets brand standards, creative direction, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor and manage coupon codes, affiliate tracking links, UTMs, and sales attribution
- Analyze performance metrics including click-through rate, conversion rate, average order value, return on ad spend, and revenue
- Maintain accurate influencer data in customer relationship management systems and tracking spreadsheets
- Assist in sourcing user-generated content for advertising and seasonal product promotions
Compensation
$4 per hour; performance-based bonuses available depending on outcomes; potential for long-term advancement within a growing pet-focused ecommerce business
