About the Role

Provide technical assistance to customers who speak Slovak, troubleshooting software and service issues while ensuring high satisfaction through clear communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in Slovak and English via phone, email, and chat
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to software applications
  • Guide users through setup and configuration processes
  • Escalate complex issues to higher support tiers when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
  • Follow structured troubleshooting procedures for consistent service
  • Assist customers with account access and authentication issues
  • Explain technical solutions in simple, non-technical language
  • Monitor open support tickets and ensure timely follow-up
  • Adhere to service level agreements for response and resolution times
  • Use internal knowledge bases to resolve common issues
  • Report recurring technical problems to product teams
  • Support onboarding for new customers using provided documentation
  • Verify software compatibility with customer systems
  • Assist with password resets and account recovery
  • Document new solutions and contribute to support resources
  • Follow data privacy and security protocols during support sessions
  • Work within a ticketing system to manage customer cases
  • Provide feedback on customer pain points to improve services
  • Maintain professionalism during high-pressure interactions
