About the Role
Provide technical assistance to customers who speak Slovak, troubleshooting software and service issues while ensuring high satisfaction through clear communication and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Slovak and English via phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to software applications
- Guide users through setup and configuration processes
- Escalate complex issues to higher support tiers when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
- Follow structured troubleshooting procedures for consistent service
- Assist customers with account access and authentication issues
- Explain technical solutions in simple, non-technical language
- Monitor open support tickets and ensure timely follow-up
- Adhere to service level agreements for response and resolution times
- Use internal knowledge bases to resolve common issues
- Report recurring technical problems to product teams
- Support onboarding for new customers using provided documentation
- Verify software compatibility with customer systems
- Assist with password resets and account recovery
- Document new solutions and contribute to support resources
- Follow data privacy and security protocols during support sessions
- Work within a ticketing system to manage customer cases
- Provide feedback on customer pain points to improve services
- Maintain professionalism during high-pressure interactions
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting software applications remotely

- Previous work in a multilingual support environment
