Role Overview
Join a global digital team focused on advancing enterprise web platforms using Sitecore XP and Sitecore Content Hub. In this entry-level position, you'll help shape digital experiences used across more than 60 countries by supporting development, integration, and ongoing platform improvements in alignment with brand standards and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and configure components, templates, layouts, and rendering logic within Sitecore XP
- Support setup and management of taxonomies, workflows, and schema definitions in Sitecore Content Hub
- Integrate digital assets and metadata from Content Hub into enterprise websites
- Build reusable front-end components that follow established design and accessibility standards
- Ensure platform elements meet performance, SEO, and compliance benchmarks
- Collaborate with marketing, research, and regional teams to clarify technical requirements
- Take part in Agile planning, sprint execution, and team ceremonies
- Document technical designs, configurations, and operational procedures
- Coordinate with product owners, designers, offshore developers, and third-party vendors
- Investigate technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
- Support code quality through version control, peer reviews, and testing practices
- Assist with content publishing workflows, validation, and digital asset governance
- Stay informed about new Sitecore features, updates, and recommended practices
Qualifications
Applicants should have foundational experience with Sitecore development and related technologies. A degree in Computer Science, Digital Technology, or a related field is expected, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- 0–2 years working with Sitecore XP or similar platforms
- Exposure to Sitecore Content Hub modules including DAM, CMP, or MRM
- Working knowledge of C#, .NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs
- Understanding of content modeling, metadata structures, and taxonomy design
- Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, or similar development tools
- Strong organizational abilities and a proactive approach to learning
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to collaborate across distributed, global teams
Preferred Experience
- Hands-on work with Sitecore SXA, Headless Services, or serialized content models
- Experience using Azure services or CI/CD pipelines
- Coursework or certifications in Sitecore technologies
- Background with DAM systems or content lifecycle platforms
- Knowledge of Agile software development methods
