Responsibilities
- Evaluate and enhance the detailed project report, concept report, and all available design documentation
- Conduct data input review, analysis, and preliminary design development
- Support the creation of preliminary designs and tender documents for elevated sections, stations, and service buildings
- Assist in preparing tender documents for system procurement, rolling stock, and depot equipment
- Review detailed engineering and construction-level design deliverables
- Support supervision and monitoring efforts along Corridor 1 Line
- Coordinate with GEC, GMRCL, and contractor teams
- Ensure project delivery within defined quality and safety standards
- Oversee construction activities in accordance with approved GFC drawings
- Manage overall site operations
- Prepare client and management reports and maintain project documentation
- Certify completed work for quality compliance
- Coordinate interfaces between civil and system contractors
- Issue and resolve nonconformance reports (NCRs)
- Plan daily construction activities
- Verify and certify contractor invoices
- Identify traffic management needs and address site obstructions during construction
- Ensure adherence to all safety and quality requirements
- Process variations and change orders
- Ensure site construction follows approved method statements
- Support testing and commissioning activities
- Carry out any additional duties specified in the Terms of Reference
