As a Short-Term Insurance Claims Administrator, you will play a key role in managing claims for international insurance clients, primarily based in the UK and Australia. Key Responsibilities
- Process incoming claims across Commercial, Personal, and Motor insurance portfolios
- Evaluate claims for validity and apply relevant policy conditions
- Assign and coordinate with loss adjusters or assessors when necessary
- Maintain precise and current records in compliance with audit and regulatory standards
- Communicate clearly with clients, brokers, insurers, and third parties throughout the claims lifecycle
- Deliver timely updates and support strong client relationships
- Manage workload efficiently to meet productivity and service benchmarks
- Support cost efficiency by minimizing claims leakage and unnecessary expenses
- Identify and report potential fraud or discrepancies
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and properly archived

Requirements
- Matric or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of one year’s experience in short-term insurance claims
- Strong command of written and spoken English, with a professional communication style
- Proficiency with claims systems and standard computer applications
- Experience interacting with clients and stakeholders in a formal setting
- Willingness to work international hours as needed
- Reliable home office setup with stable internet and backup solutions for power interruptions
- South African citizenship and current residency in South Africa required
