Responsibilities
- Verify completed loads against customer orders to confirm accuracy and completeness.
- Input required information into the system to generate shipping documents for truck drivers.
- Record data related to tub inventory, including quantities dispatched and received.
- Produce USDA-compliant labels as necessary for shipment requirements.
- Track scanned box counts to confirm all items are accounted for by loaders.
- Support the loading team when additional manpower is needed.
- Perform basic troubleshooting on computers or printers, or contact technical support as needed.
- Prepare and organize incoming orders before the start of each shift.
- Carry out additional tasks assigned by supervisors or management.
- Follow all company policies regarding personnel conduct, product quality, workplace safety, and food safety protocols.
- Foster a cooperative and respectful work environment through clear and professional communication with team members and leadership.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives using structured problem-solving methods and support organizational efficiency programs.
- Identify potential safety hazards and take prompt action; promote consistent adherence to safe work practices across the facility.
