Responsibilities
- Take ownership of assigned inventory and shipping tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion.
- Conduct scheduled counts of finished goods inventory.
- Prepare and finalize all documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Handle local shipment processing as deliveries are received.
- Enter picklist data into the system and process incoming receipts promptly.
- Verify that all outgoing orders and shipments are accurate and fully assembled.
- Identify, monitor, and resolve any discrepancies, issues, or delays in inventory or shipping.
- Ensure all shipping and inventory activities follow established company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to all safety and quality standards in the workplace.
- Meet assigned deadlines consistently and efficiently.
- Maintain clear communication and collaboration with team members and management.
- Support team members as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Keep supervisors updated on daily activities and any critical issues, offering improvement suggestions.
- Accurately complete all required records and reports in a timely manner.
- Attend scheduled meetings as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, secure, and organized work area.
- Complete special projects as directed.
