Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service on every interaction
- Oversee food production, order fulfillment, customer support, and delivery logistics
- Welcome customers, process orders, prepare food, and coordinate driver assignments
- Perform opening duties including food prep and operational setup
- Carry out end-of-day closing procedures
- Complete required daily and weekly administrative tasks
- Lead a team of 3 to 25 staff members
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and assess employee work
- Provide on-the-job training and guidance as necessary
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, manage labor, equipment, and facility cleanliness
- Handle ordering, receiving, and correct storage of food and supplies
- Follow all operational systems and procedures with full accuracy and consistency
- Promote teamwork and morale through structured team activities
