Requirements
- Provide instruction and guidance to employees
- Audit work processes and products to confirm production specifications are met
- Maintain positive and effective relationships with employees
- Direct employees to the appropriate manager regarding policy questions
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standard, policies and procedures
- Report any problems, potential problems, hazardous situations to management
- Inspect products and/or shipments to verify conformance to specifications
- Review and approve machine set ups, production samples, and/or shipments as necessary
- Identify and report opportunities for continual improvement
- Attend production meetings and/or confer with other departments to coordinate production activities when necessary
- Coordinate or perform training for new employees, contract workers, and/or guests to ensure safety, quality, and production requirements are understood
- Ensure the “Quality Policy and Objectives” are understood and achieved
- May provide oversight of work conducted by junior-level staff and/or review/audit work for accuracy
- May update and maintain shift schedules in the time and attendance system, as well as enter attendance transactions

- Candidates with direct experience will be eligible for a higher pay rate
Additional Information
- 12-hour rotating night shift: Week 1: Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday; Week 2: Saturday, Tuesday, Wednesday
- Hours: 6:00pm - 6:00am
- $3/hr shift differential
- Employees work approximately 14-15 days/month
- 3 consecutive days off every other weekend
- Extended vacation potential: 2 vacation days can secure a 7-day break
- 8 hours of OT built into the schedule every other week
- Predictable schedule: fixed, repeating 2-week cycle
