Servos was looking for a ServiceNow Solutions Architect - Customer Workflows

Servos is looking for a ServiceNow Solutions Architect - Customer Workflows to be the primary technical architect on large-scale projects. You will design, implement, and manage ServiceNow solutions while leading development teams and engaging with executive clients. What You'll Do

  • Engage as the primary architect on projects to set technical direction and lead the development team to implement client solutions.
  • Participate in and lead design workshops, development, testing, and deployment activities with enterprise and public sector customers.
  • Be responsible for technical deliverables related to ServiceNow configurations and integration development.
  • Develop a keen understanding of the solutions we implement and our customer’s business.
  • Engage as the primary technical point of contact with executive-level clients.
  • Support business development and pre-sales activities as the technical lead and architect.
  • Provide expert-level support and technical mentoring to the implementation team.
  • Respond to Request for Information and Proposal documents.
  • Be an expert in ServiceNow best practices and the products we implement.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 6 years of ServiceNow architecture, development, and integration experience.
  • Proven experience in both the design and execution of ServiceNow implementations.
  • Experience in ServiceNow's Customer Service Management, Field Service Management, Service Portal, Integration Hub or REST/SOAP Web Services, and AppEngine Studio.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
  • Client-centric with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

Nice to Have

  • Certified Implementation Specialist for CSM (CIS-CSM).
  • Certified Application Developer (CAD).
