Responsibilities
- Define project boundaries and offer technical guidance for clients executing ServiceNow initiatives.
- Analyze client needs and convert them into functional system designs, including architecture documentation and platform roadmaps.
- Develop and manage ServiceNow implementation roadmaps, supporting detailed design and execution strategies for specific projects.
- Provide technical and product leadership throughout ServiceNow delivery engagements.
- Collaborate with technical and functional analysts, solution architects, and delivery leads to build high-quality ServiceNow solutions.
