As a ServiceNow Developer, you will play a key role in transforming business requirements into functional, sustainable solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Your responsibilities include analyzing system needs, designing technical architectures, and implementing configurations that align with best practices. You'll work across the full development lifecycle—from initial analysis to deployment and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret business requirements and develop effective technical solutions within ServiceNow
  • Provide developer-level support by diagnosing and resolving system issues
  • Design and implement workflows, forms, integrations, and custom applications
  • Write, test, and debug scripts using JavaScript, AngularJS, and other relevant tools
  • Conduct code reviews and contribute to patch development
  • Collaborate with users, stakeholders, and fellow developers to refine system functionality
  • Research platform capabilities to recommend improvements and innovative approaches
  • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation throughout the SDLC

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in ServiceNow technologies including Flow Designer, REST/SOAP integrations, ACLs, UI pages, and data schema
  • Strong scripting experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, Bootstrap, and jQuery
  • Familiarity with portal development and out-of-the-box platform features
  • Ability to analyze existing systems and design logical, scalable solutions
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects with precision and attention to detail
  • Understanding of ServiceNow best practices and the reasoning behind them
