Responsibilities
- Design and configure applications on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on IT service management functions such as incident, problem, and change control
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using RESTful and SOAP-based web services
- Develop custom automation logic through Business Rules, Script Includes, and other scripting tools
- Manage platform administration, including user access, role configuration, system monitoring, and performance evaluations
- Tailor interfaces, forms, and workflow diagrams to match organizational workflows and user requirements
- Support end users by diagnosing and resolving platform-related issues and integration errors
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define, build, and refine reports, dashboards, and analytical outputs
- Participate in technical reviews, incident postmortems, and initiatives to improve IT processes
- Estimate time and resources needed to deliver requested ServiceNow capabilities
- Guide and develop less experienced team members through mentorship, collaboration, and code reviews
- Keep active ServiceNow certifications and pursue new ones to stay current with platform updates and industry standards

- Provide end-user support and troubleshooting for issues related to integrated processes and platform functionality
- Work with end users, stakeholders, and management to define and create reports, dashboards, and data analysis products
- Contribute to IT-related technical processes reviews, postmortems, and continual process improvement
- Create estimations on effort required to produce ServiceNow functionality
- Grow junior talent through mentoring, partnership, and technical reviews
- Maintain current ServiceNow and industry certifications, while obtaining additional certifications
