Responsibilities
- Design and implement ServiceNow configurations and enhancements to meet federal program and portfolio management needs.
- Build and sustain custom applications, workflows, business logic, user interface rules, automated processes using Flow Designer, and system integrations.
- Work with architects and business teams to deliver scalable, standards-compliant Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions.
- Enable executive insights through reporting, dashboards, key performance indicators, and leadership-facing workspaces.
- Engage in Agile and SAFe practices such as PI Planning, sprint planning, demonstrations, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Conduct code evaluations to ensure compliance with development standards, platform governance, and industry best practices.
- Assist in platform updates, patch deployment, and performance tuning initiatives.
- Diagnose and resolve defects, integration challenges, and production support issues.
- Ensure all system changes meet federal mandates for security, compliance, and accessibility.
- Support the creation of technical documentation and facilitate knowledge sharing across teams.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.
