About the Role

Responsibilities
- Design and configure ServiceNow platforms to meet organizational needs
- Develop custom applications within the ServiceNow ecosystem
- Implement workflow automation across IT and business processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather technical requirements
- Conduct system testing and debugging for optimal performance
- Support integration between ServiceNow and third-party systems
- Document technical designs and solution approaches
- Perform upgrades and maintain existing ServiceNow instances
- Troubleshoot production issues in a timely manner
- Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards
