About the Role

The Service Sales Administrator ensures smooth coordination between customers and internal departments by processing service orders, maintaining records, and providing timely follow-up. This position plays a key role in delivering high-quality service experiences and supporting sales objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Process incoming service requests from customers and partners
  • Enter and update customer and order information in the system
  • Communicate with clients to confirm service details and timelines
  • Coordinate with technical teams to schedule service appointments
  • Track service order status and update stakeholders accordingly
  • Resolve discrepancies in service requests promptly
  • Maintain accurate documentation for all service transactions
  • Generate reports on service activity and performance metrics
  • Support sales team with administrative tasks related to service offerings
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and data standards
  • Follow up on outstanding service cases to ensure resolution
  • Assist in preparing service contracts and renewal reminders
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments
  • Monitor service level agreements and adherence
  • Organize and maintain digital filing systems
  • Provide input for process improvements in service workflows
  • Assist with training new team members on service systems
  • Participate in team meetings and operational reviews
  • Ensure all customer interactions reflect service standards
