As a Service Representative, you’ll be the primary point of contact for families from the start of their journey through the completion of end-of-life services. Your role ensures every logistical detail is handled with accuracy and empathy, allowing families to focus on what matters most.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to calls, texts, and emails with professionalism, providing clear and compassionate guidance.
- Manage end-to-end case coordination—arranging transportation, processing documentation, scheduling services, and overseeing the return of ashes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to keep cases moving smoothly and on time.
- Use tools like HubSpot, Aircall, Slack, and GSuite to maintain accurate records and proactive communication.
- Anticipate potential delays and take initiative to resolve issues before they impact families.
- Document every interaction thoroughly and ensure systems reflect real-time case status.
Who You Are
- You have at least two years of experience in customer-facing roles where emotional intelligence and operational precision were both essential.
- You communicate clearly and calmly, building trust quickly through written and spoken English.
- You stay organized under pressure, balancing multiple priorities without sacrificing accuracy.
- You take ownership of your responsibilities, follow through on commitments, and speak up when help is needed.
